Here is my experience with Cooper Tires. I purchased 4(180.00) each Cooper Discoverer A/T All-Season 275/55R20 60,000-mile warranty. For my Suburban that only sees highway. on Feb 18 2022.
Depends on the application and size... but in general for "budget" tires, stay with brand names that have good reputations. Cooper, General, Falken, Hankook, Nexen, Kumho, Yokohama... If those don't fit in the "cheap" category for you, look at Starfire, they are a low-budget tire made by Cooper.
