For the F2P rewards, see Quest experience rewards (F2P). This page contains a list of quests which gives experience in a specific skill; each skill has its own section displaying the experience given in ascending order.
This guide lists every quest in OSRS along with their item requirements and combines them into one cumulative list. The idea behind this guide is to enable the user to gather all required items in their bank at once.
If you forgot food, go to Peer the Seer's house and commence with his challenge. Search until you find a red herring. Cook the herring and get a cooked herring with red goop. Drop the goop and search the same place again to receive another red herring. Repeat. You should be able to get enough food to help with your combat tests.
On my main I've already completed a sizable chunk of these quests, so the guide doesn't help much in terms of efficiency for me. Awesome guide though, if I was starting out with questing this would be perfect!
