If you dump the bag's contents out on the ground, they explode in a 10-foot radius, extending from the beans. Each creature in the area, including you, must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 5d4 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Any creature that eats an egg (raw or cooked) makes a DC 20 Constitution saving throw. On a success, the creature's lowest ability score permanently increases by 1 (randomly choosing among equally low scores).
It'd break your teeth. You could cook up the whole bag in a pot of water, but I'd rule that would "wash away" the magical effect and just leave you with a pot of cooked beans. I'd roll a d10. 1 or 10 it takes the effect of shown in the guide, but inside them. With all the nastiness that entails.
