3 gru 2020 · It will merge the BINs in a temp folder and generate a PBP together with (uncompressed) audio tracks. It supports 7z, zip and rar files. If it can find an img, iso, bin, or cue in the archive, it will unpack it and convert the files to a PBP. It also supports multi-disc PBPs.
PBP is basically a very convenient format that came directly from Sony and was perfected by fans. It doesn't need separate files to utilize extra discs. It's supported by every modern PS1 emulator. It's simple to convert it to and from ISO/bin-cue with a few clicks. It's lossless.
23 mar 2021 · You can convert any type of games into EBOOT.PBP files (PSP and PS1 games). The only "hassle" is that you need to provide all of the metadata used on the XMB (ICON0, PIC1, SND0, I believe you can add the game manual too).
I want to mod my PSC with both PS1 games and arcade games. The PS1 roms I found are all either ISO or BIN files...which are very large. I saw someone before say that PBP files are a lot smaller. I can’t seem to find any PS1 roms in PBP format...
11 wrz 2008 · You cannot reconvert an already converted EBOOT.pbp file. Either use the starting image or use Extract ISO to get yourself the image and then use the image to convert (I encountered this when I wanted to change the pictures or sound since I didn't like it).
