I think California Grill has slipped a bit and is not up to previous high standards. I agree with jsmla that it's only okay. For a better dining experience and the same amount of money, I'd recommend Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge.

You don’t have to know much about Disney to have heard about California Grill. This restaurant sits atop Disney’s Contemporary Resort and famously provides an inimitable view of Magic Kingdom’s fireworks presentations.
11 wrz 2018 · California Grill is a truly special place at Walt Disney World. Its location and the often spectacular food are why we do think it’s worth the effort to get an ADR here…and pay the high prices. (And we’ve heard tell of folks getting a same-day ADR, so never give up!)
