20 paź 2010 · It has been saying "Local Only" next to "Access" and is saying "Unidentified Network" and wont connect me to internet. This problem occurs when trying to connect via Ethernet cable to Modem and Router and also while wirelessly.

27 paź 2008 · I have this problem occasionally on my wired connection at the office. I have a .bat file in my quick launch that deletes the default gateway and sets it correctly to fix the problem. Never had it happen on my wireless connection, and it only seems to happen at the office on this laptop.
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2. I have my PC connected to a Belkin Router via an Ethernet cable. My network icon in the system tray shows an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle. When I rollover this network icon, it tells me "Access: Limited Connectivity", as shown here:
