A conjunctival cyst is a benign (noncancerous) growth on your conjunctiva — the thin, clear membrane that protects the white part of your eye. It’s not a symptom of cancer and doesn’t mean you have (or will develop) cancer.
Symptoms. Small conjunctival inclusion cysts are generally asymptomatic or only cause mild sensations indicating the presence of a foreign body. Larger cysts can cause pain, motility disturbance, visual defect or refractive error, and cosmetics concerns.
