10 lip 2022 · Currently iPhone XS, software version 15.5 As a work around until there is a fix for the new erg data app. I installed the app for PM3 and PM4 then connected my HRM (Polar H10) to the PM5 and used the old cable connection as opposed to bluetooth to connect to the phone. It worked perfectly.
Resolution: Our ErgData app can update PM5 monitor firmware via Bluetooth. Get the latest ErgData version from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Note: PM5 monitors need a minimum firmware for wireless updates. The app won't update monitors with older firmware.
The latest update to ErgData, v2.2.19(9) broke the connection to Apple Health. Users must select Settings > App Connections > Connect on the ErgData app to re-enable the connection for future workouts.
Updating PM5 Firmware. There are various ways to update your firmware, depending on the age of your PM5. If your monitor meets the minimum threshold firmware version, using ErgData is the easiest and—being wireless—requires no additional equipment. We recommend trying that first.

5 cze 2023 · Here are the requirements: You’ll need the latest version of ErgData on your iOS or Android device. PM5 monitors require a minimum firmware version to update wirelessly. The ErgData app will offer an update for monitors with firmware above the minimum threshold firmware version.
If you are running old firmware, we recommend updating to the latest version. Future releases of ErgData will notify you if you are using old firmware and also allow you to update via the app. If you need additional assistance, email info@concept2.com.
