When you open ErgData and connect with your PM5, you'll be notified if your PM5 needs a firmware update. Tap on the PM5 ID, then tap on “More Info” for instructions on how to proceed with the wireless firmware update.
If you are using Concept2 software such as the Concept2 Utility, ErgData, or Venue Racing application, please contact Concept2 for assistance. Error Codes 130- This error code means that there is a corrupt file in the memory of the PM5 monitor.
23 mar 2019 · Right after the workout it gave me a "Hard Fault Error" with a huge string of numbers/text. I searched online and couldn't match any of the hard fault error codes on Concept 2's website with what I was seeing. The error reappears anytime I try to access the memory feature in the monitor.
18 lis 2020 · Steps. 1. download the most recent C2 utility. Using a win10 64-bit laptop. Using power cord for laptop, not just laptop battery. 2. get an internet connection. Needed during firmware update. (likely from phone hotspot) 3. Use a usb cable to update. The cable is known good for my pm5.
