23 kwi 2010 · I've tried starting up in safe mode, and I get the blank black screen. I've tried several other suggestions that I have seen on these forums, but nothing works. I hadn't made any changes or installed/uninstalled any new programs.

30 sie 2010 · The Black Screen happens after the Windows Logo appears, right before the login screen. I was able to go into Safe Mode and disable the display adapter which then let me restart and boot up normally (no black screen, although the resolution is not good).

I tried to use the options safe mode, safe mode with command prompt and also safe mode with networking, but every time I see a black screen.
