Its major composition is the trigonal smithsonite, or monoclinic hydrozincite of zinc carbonate (ZnCO3).(1) High contents of trice elements such as Ca and Mg are also found in calamine.(2) It can be applied in detoxification, improving eyesight, removing nebula, astringing dampness, relieving itching, and healing sore.(3) Calamine is generally p...
10 mar 2019 · In this study, the calcination process of 8 batches of calamine samples with different sizes and textures under different calcination temperatures was simulated, to analysis the change rules of ZnO contents, XRD patterns of samples, and the attribution of absorption regions in near-infrared spectra.
Results: The adding of HLD or SHD to calcined calamine (CC) can slow its weight loss in drying pyrolysis process. The temperature ranges where HLD and SHD can affect its weight loss were 65-150 °C and 74-180 °C, respectively. The drying temperature was optimized as 90 °C.
28 lis 2023 · The flowability of food powder refers to the property of powdered materials to flow smoothly during various stages of processing, handling, and manufacturing. This characteristic is pivotal in ensuring efficient and cost-effective production processes within the food industry.
28 lip 2017 · The critical temperature and the optimal drying temperature where HLD and SHD can affect the weight loss rate in the process of calamine were explored using the theories and methods of both biophysical chemistry and processing of Chinese materia medica.
