The first of its kind in New York City, our Residential Crisis Support program is an alternative to emergency hospitalization for individuals 18 and up experiencing psychiatric and/or emotional crises.
Within New York City, we offer three types of housing: Transitional, Supportive, and Community. For each of these, there are different ways to become a tenant—with different referral sources and application procedures.
Operator: Community Access. Directions: B, D, F and Q train to Broadway-Lafayette Street; 6 train to Bleecker Street. Provides a variety of services for mentally ill, homeless and formerly homeless individuals. Programs include supportive housing, clubhouse programs, job training and peer advocacy. BACK TO RESULTS.
