26 kwi 2023 · How do I schedule a service appointment? I've tried going through the app, the website, and calling 1-800-XFINITY (which, if someone was truly to be helpful, they'd note was actually 1-800-934-6489). My issue is in regards to intermittent connectivity.
23 lis 2022 · There are different factors that determine how long maintenance work will take. We don't have an estimated average amount of time the services are typically offline. You can check the status of the services and estimated time of restoration here https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or by logging into our Xfinity My Account app.
