Customers with an xFi Gateway or a customer-owned modem can use the Xfinity app to view your usage data. Download it for free from Google Play or the App Store, or text "APP" to 266278. Open the app and tap the Account tab in the bottom right corner. Tap Data usage under the Your plan section.
Update: Xfinity apparently changed their website, I can now see the data usage at https://customer.xfinity.com/#/devices#usage

29 lip 2021 · Hello @user_02cb6e, thank you for reaching out for help with your data plan. Aside from seeing your total monthly usage. with Xfinity xFi, you can set up user profiles and assign devices to specific users.
30 kwi 2024 · There can be up-to a 24-hour delay for data usage to reflect within the data usage meter. Please be aware that if you are also subscribed to our Xfinity Video service with X1, Internet applications will be counted even though the devices are not connected to your modem.
