Customers with an xFi Gateway or a customer-owned modem can use the Xfinity app to view your usage data. Download it for free from Google Play or the App Store, or text "APP" to 266278. Open the app and tap the Account tab in the bottom right corner. Tap Data usage under the Your plan section.
30 kwi 2024 · The last couple weeks we have been experiencing high unexplained data usage, both upload and download. We are able to track this via our router portal online. I occasionally cross reference with xfinity and they're usually pretty close on total usage.

11 gru 2016 · Download the app and sign into it with your Comcast XFINITY account details. Tap the "Internet" icon at the bottom of the app to view your data usage and home Internet connection status.
1 gru 2020 · There is a bug in the Comcast data usage meter. I've reported it to Comcast but they refuse to do anything about it. You have to wonder why they make it difficult to know how much data you've actually used.
Data usage. All data usage delivered over your home Xfinity Internet service, both downloaded and uploaded, is counted towards the 1.2 Terabyte (TB) Internet Data Usage Plan, regardless of the source.
