Customers with an xFi Gateway or a customer-owned modem can use the Xfinity app to view your usage data. Download it for free from Google Play or the App Store, or text "APP" to 266278. Open the app and tap the Account tab in the bottom right corner. Tap Data usage under the Your plan section.
29 lip 2021 · To answer your second question, you may only see specific device usage if you have one of our xFi gateways. If you go to https://comca.st/33U1Iy7 for your account, you can scroll to the bottom and you'll see a graph. You can then look at individual devices and see for that device. I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
29 cze 2023 · I understand you saw an increase in your data usage, and you want to find what device using the most data. For privacy and security, we don't monitor the data usage by device. You could use the parental controls and Xfinity App to pause devices, so you can narrow things down by process of elimination during the day.

11 gru 2016 · You'll be taken to the My Data Usage page, which you can also bookmark or access directly from that link. The meter will show you how much data you've used in the current month. You can use this to project whether you'll hit your data cap based on your current usage.
14 lut 2018 · If you are the primary or self-managed secondary account holder, you can view your current usage and usage history by signing in to your Usage Mete r page. You will need to enter your XFINITY username and password. You can also download the Xfinity App to view the data usage meter.
