You can quickly combine multiple files into a PDF right from your desktop or a Finder window. On your Mac, click in the Dock to open a Finder window. Select the files you want to combine into a PDF. Alternatively, you can select the files on your desktop.
Go to the Preview app on your Mac. Open the PDFs you want to combine. In each open PDF, choose View > Thumbnails to display the page thumbnails in the sidebar. Drag the thumbnails you want to add from the sidebar of one PDF to the sidebar of the other PDF.
