7 sty 2007 · I’ve heard mixed feedback on comparing s30v and S35vn but most say they are very close only the S35vn takes a finer edge. I wouldn’t mind having a 110 like the September BOTM in S35vn. There’s a lot of people who like S35vn so it must perform very well.
Pros: Handle Material, Blade Material, Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness. Cons: Lock Ease of Use, Pocket Clip. New Cold Steel Fan. This is my first Cold Steel but not my last. Impressive build quality and, by far, the sharpest factory edge in knife history. I have the bandaids to prove it.
15 lut 2011 · Cons of the weaker detent: It might open in your pocket. It won't close all the way if you don't release the lock at just the right instant. Pros: I'm not sure. If you like being able to flick the knife open (without using the lock or thumb studs) then maybe that. (Another fun/fidget feature.)

27 gru 2013 · How do they compare for Cold Steel as far as edge retention and toughness? The CTS-XHP has had very very good edge retention for me, much better than my S30V folders. No chips on the edge so far for me either.
