Between January 2022 and August 2022 we searched PubMed and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews for umbrella reviews, systematic reviews and meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) concerning the effectiveness of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) vs any other control group for patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
