The Cog Railway sells out a couple of weeks in advance during the busy months so be sure to book your ride early. Enjoy extensive renovations, updated trains, and a visit to the new Summit Visitor Center on Pikes Peak.
The historic cog railway takes you from the station all the way to the top of the peak where you have roughly 30 minutes to walk around, take some pictures and your the gift shop. With the very thin air up there at just over 14,000' that 30 minutes is plenty of time.
