Also known as refund scams, these scams target people who have already fallen for a scam. The scammer may contact you, or may advertise their services online. They will usually either offer to help you recover your funds, or will tell you that your funds have already been recovered and they will help you access them.

Both had the header " [number] is your Facebook account recovery code", and both had different 8-digit numbers, but in the Facebook Other Emails section, there's nothing under the Email Subject heading. The emails don't seem to list a Facebook ID though (the only number in it is the reset code).
If you received a Facebook password reset email that you didn't request, it's likely that someone accidentally entered your email or username when attempting to log into their account. This often happens if you have a popular username or email.
