If you live in Grays Harbor, Raymond or South Bend and schedule an appointment with Coastal Community Action Program - VIA PHONE you will receive a phone call at the time of your appointment via the number you provided. This process will take longer than the IN OFFICE appointments.
Coastal Community Action Program (CCAP) works with low-income individuals and families to remove the barriers that prevent them from achieving economic stability in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.

Appointments can only be made for the county where your residence is located. You can make an appointment through the Online Appointment Scheduler or call 904-362-8052. The appointment line is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Appointments can be scheduled up to 14 calendar days in advance.
