I use the outlet site often, I haven’t had a problem yet. The quality issue is kind of subjective. Are you going to get the same quality from a $150 outlet bag that you will get from a $500 retail bag? Nope. But they are sturdy and well made for the price anyway.
I needed a new backpack, so I ended up on the Coach Outlet sure, because I really liked a particular style that I only saw there. I bought it on Sunday, May 17th. I finally received the bag a week and a half later on Wednesday, May 27th.
It’s legit but coach makes those items for the outlet. It’s lesser quality than the actual coach website and stores. Same with department stores, coach makes those products for Macy’s/lord and Taylor’s/etc. Michael Kors and a few other brands do it as well.

31 maj 2021 · The courier returned it to Coach Outlet, and I have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks now. Their customer service team has been unhelpful and refused to let me speak with a supervisor to escalate the issue.
