The Philippine Commission on Audit (COA) was voted as a member of the Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI) Governing Board in New Delhi, India. The Commission on Audit (COA; Filipino: Komisyon sa Awdit [2]) is an independent constitutional commission established by the Constitution of the Philippines. It has the primary function to examine, audit and settle all accounts and expenditures of the funds and properties of the Philippine government .
Where can we submit our queries, complaints and requests to COA? COA has developed a Citizens’ Desk Reporting System (CDRS) wherein allegations of fraud, waste or mismanagement of public funds are received, recorded and monitored. The CDRS may be accessible thru this link https://cdrs.coa.gov.ph/.
