I like the occasional Carpetbagger but I wouldn’t consider myself a fan. I think he does a truly great job documenting those things that are fading. The Casa Bonita episodes were nice.
Anyone familiar with the carpetbagger on YouTube? Just Chatting. I love watching his videos probably the most out of any travel vlogger. He goes to a lot of cool and off the wall places like museums, abandoned theme parks and haunted houses. I also love his choose your adventure trips where his subscribers can choose where he goes next.

Edward Dmytryk's The Carpetbaggers is based on Harold Robbins 1961 novel of the same name and stars George Peppard as a ruthless tycoon - representing Howard Hughes, and Carroll Baker as Rina Marlowe (a role offered to Joan Collins - however she was pregnant at the time) based on Jean Harlow.
