Login Page. The Login page enables I&A AI users to login with their User ID and Password. User ID Requirements: The User Identification (User ID) must be 6-12 characters in length and unique within the AI System.

The I&A System lets you create 1 user account to manage access to CMS systems such as PECOS. To register for the I&A: Go to the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) webpage and click Create or Manage an Account.
You will be navigated to the PECOS I&A system, which will allow you to create a User ID/password, establish a user profile, and request access to organization(s) for Internet-based PECOS. If you select "Yes", you will be directed to the PECOS I&A system and will be required to log in again.

Once you click on the link, a page will open in a new browser window which will require you to verify First and Last Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number and Email Address or your User ID.
