INSTALLATION COMPLETE 1.Insert the Nylon seat strap between the flip frame and cushion at your desired location. 2. Make sure the thickest part of the seat bottom is towards the rear. Center seat bottom from left to right on flip frame. Using countersunk bolts from Pack 6, tighten the seat bottom to seat frame as shown. #3 Phillips Tip STEP 17

Bumper and sweater basket can be discarded, it will not be used for this installation. . Tool Required: 17mm Socket. Install new Bumper to frame using 10x30mm bolts from Pack 1 in the outermost holes as shown.
