I don't know if it's happening from cloud gaming or because I use it at times to install games to my Xbox, but dang.. is it actually cloud gaming that's doing it or something else? It's only used for cloud gaming maybe about 2 or 3 hours a week.

Xbox Cloud is terrible. Even out of the holiday season, I was seeing single digit fps and extreme load times. I stopped playing anything on the cloud about 3 games into it.
