Frisco Beach is a terrific beach for finding seashells. I found Konch seashells and sand dollar seashells. Frisco Beach is on Cape Hatteras Island. Great seashells at a beachfront campground on Billy Mitchell Road near the Gun Club. An off road permit is needed to drive on beach.
I'm trying to find Frisco Beach on Google Maps but each time it shows a different location. We're coming from Avon and are considering going to the lighthouse and the beach. Can you please advise on an address or how to find it?

Frisco beach is a beautiful little treasure tucked away on Hatteras Island. The turquoise water is just beautiful. You can go in to about chest deep and the water is mostly very gentle. Very quiet, probably mostly locals come here. There is a broken down pier that makes for some very nice pictures.
