11 gru 2014 · A few weeks ago, I was sent some Clif shot bloks – energy chews and Clif Shot energy gels for review. At this time of the year, I don’t use many gels and energy bloks. But, on a four hour plus ride, you can burn up pretty much anything so I took some ‘bloks’ along as well.
