8 kwi 2013 · Hi, I am a value oriented newb, not cheap, but every sport I have ever tried, the first bought isn't the one you I end up with. At first glance the claytors look great and have some features I really like, i.e. the support sleeve for the rope/strap, the large fly etc. Concerned Id be throwing away 150 bucks or so if I order one of these. I'm in the market for this or a DD.
30 sty 2014 · I'm thinking of ordering a claytor jungle hammock for my wife. It would be used mostly in the spring summer fall time frame. I know that she well want a hammock with a bug net. The price seems good and it comes with a tarp. Anyone have any advice on this hammock?
28 lut 2012 · I have a hammock that was sold as a "jungle hammock". It's nylon and has a bug net built in. It has some "tubes" sewn into the ends so you can run a spreader of some kind into them to make the hammock less banana-like. I've use it a bit and it was ok. The main problem I found with it was that it's just too small for me.

19 lip 2008 · Nothing like trial by fire. I was hoping to have a clear night for my first hang. I got terrential downpour instead. Oh well. I didn't get home until 10:30 at night, so I was also hanging it in the dark. The one saving grace was it didn't start raining until an hour after I was in the hammock.
