Another thread from a few days ago says at least Azure and Claude has been seemingly cancelled, but how about three days of happiness? I'll probably just read the light novels, then, but I'd still like to give the manga a try.

What I suspect is the author didn't know how to end it in a satisfying way. Tbh there's two ways you can see the ending. The two MCs hug and then on their way back home the Mc losses control of the vehicle ala older brother (not really a suicide) and they die that way. That's the easiest way.
