First step = done! ☐ WATCH your email for enrollment details. Be sure to check your UA email account for information on when registration will begin. ☐ CHECK your Academics Hub now for holds and resolve them. To check for holds, log into Workday and visit your Academics Hub. You can also access Workday from the new MyAkron.
Select the Student page. In the Academic and Student Services channel, click on “Registration”, then select “Look Up Classes”. Select a subject (or click and drag with your mouse to select all subjects) and any other search criteria you want to use. A subject must always be selected for a search.
The academic calendar is your resource for official dates throughout the fall, spring and summer semesters, including the start and end of terms, holidays, class add-and-drop deadlines, registration, final exams and more.
Currently enrolled students normally register beginning in October for spring semester classes and in March for summer term and/or fall semester classes. A registration schedule that includes the beginning dates and times for currently enrolled students can be found at registrar.ua.edu/student-services/registration .
Members also receive, directly, by mail, the three-time-yearly Activity Guide publication providing the comprehensive programs and services offered through Upper Arlington Parks and Recreation Department. Our classes, programs, fitness room, etc. are set up a la carte style so you only register and pay for the programs that interest you.
UA Student Essentials myBama. UA’s online dashboard is called myBama. This is where you will register for classes, access your Crimson email and see your class schedule and grades.
When can I register for classes? Registration dates fluctuate a bit from semester to semester; look up dates for a specific semester by visiting the academic calendar (https://registrar.ua.edu/academiccalendar/) or the registration and advising page on the UA registrar’s office website (https://registrar.ua.edu/student-services/registration/).
