The ePermitting program is an internet program that allows contractors to apply for plumbing, mechanical and structural permits, that do not require plan review, to be submitted and issued through the State Building Codes Division twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week.
We offer two convenient options for scheduling your inspection appointments, an Automated Telephone System, or a Self-Service Web Portal. The City of West Linn building inspection team conducts inspections Monday Through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
A Public Works Permit is required prior to performing work in any public right-of-way or public utility easement. If work is also planned on private property, then a separate Building Permit must be obtained through the Building Division.
