31 sty 2018 · Clarence Bolden and Fernando Ramos were sworn into their new positions on the Turin Town Council Monday night. Bolden and Ramos, who both were members of the Turin Planning and Zoning Commission, were elected in November to replace George Harris and Cindy Purcell.
The City Council is comprised of seven elected members representing each of Riverside's seven Wards. Councilmembers serve a four year term and must reside in the Ward they represent. Each Ward has approximately 1/7th of Riverside's 317,000 population, or about 45,000 residents.

Patrick Isherwood, a Tulare native, was elected to the Tulare City Council in 2020. He attended Frank Kohn Elementary School, Cherry Avenue Middle School, and graduated from Tulare Union High School.
