To apply for new water or sanitary sewer connections (new construction or never before serviced by Panama City Utilities) in Panama City, please contact the Planning Department at City Hall. After processing your application, the Planning Department will notify the applicant by phone of the availability and cost for connection.
Payments received the morning of the due date and after 4:00 PM of the due date will be assessed penalties and default payment fees as stated. The City suggests signing up for automatic billing to avoid fines and late fees. A convenience fee will be assessed for all online payments.
