Utility Bill Payments. Pay utility bills online. Learn about discounts and rebates! Customers have four ways to pay their utility bill: In person - Bring your utility bill payment to the Utilities office in Leander City Hall located at 105 N Brushy Street during normal business hours.
Discounts for residential utility customers. Leander water customers whom are disabled or age 65-and-older may be eligible for a 20% discount on the fixed monthly base charge for water and sewer services, as well as a 10% discount on trash service charges.
