Licensing exam. After successfully completing your pre-licensing education, you will need to pass the Alabama Real Estate Salesperson Exam. This exam is administered by Pearson VUE and consists of two parts: a national portion and a state portion. To pass, you must score at least 70% on each portion of the exam.
