The Assessor Recorder is responsible for locating all taxable property in the City, identifying ownership, establishing a taxable value, and applying all legal exemptions.
Access information about how the Assessor Recorder Office determines the proper taxable value for all properties subject to taxation using either the cost, income or market approach.

2020 Property Taxes – text file. After opening the text file, press Ctrl + F. Then search for Address, Account Number or Name. If your search yields zero results, try using less data, i.e. just last name or the address without St, Lane, Blvd, etc.
