The Office of Court Services supports trial and appellate courts in the administration of justice. The Office oversees several sections and programs which provide traditional and innovative services in response to and with respect for the needs of the courts and the public.

The Clerk's Office manages all cases filed with the Supreme Court. The office maintains the Court's case files, case dockets, journal, and lower court records; prepares and issues Court orders; schedules oral arguments and the Court's consideration of other case matters; and coordinates inter-agency communication in death penalty cases.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller supports Citrus County's criminal, civil and juvenile courts. We process, record and file court documents; act as custodian of the court's records and evidence; and perform such duties as are enjoined by statute or imposed by lawful authority of the court.
