I have a Citizen's with an E6B which I bought because I loved the look. The E6B is completely impractical to use in flight but I have zero regrets for buying it. No. I've never been around a pilot who used an e6b once they reached a professional level.
The most interesting thing about the Citizen Nighthawk is that it has a slide rule on the outer edge of the watch face, turned by a second knob. The slide rule is marked for aviation specific tasks, like time and distance calculation, fuel consumption predictions, and all sorts of good stuff.

Citizen is my favorite brand. I think they sometimes don’t get a lot of attention from “enthusiasts” because they don’t do a lot of mechanical stuff these days. However, they are undeniably excellent with regard to quartz technology, and they do it at all price points.
