The Citation Award certification process helps us ensure that Citation Achievers receive full recognition in an accurate timely manner. Please note the following important points: You must be a GRADUATING SENIOR OR OLDER to earn the Citation Award.
From the Awana website: A teenager earning the Citation Award must be a graduating senior. Adults can also earn the Citation. In completing the award requirements, the achiever will have memorised 836 verses, read the entire Bible and completed the 10 third- through 12th-grade handbooks and manuals.

The Citation award: This is AWANA's highest award. It is given upon completion of all 10 books since Boys or Girls Club. In addition to completing the handbook requirements, clubbers must demonstrate a cooperative attitude and exemplary conduct in the AWANA program.
