Where We’re Located. Animal care centers are located in Downey, Carson/Gardena, Baldwin Park, Lancaster, Palmdale, Castaic, and Agoura. Each care center is open to the public seven days a week, except for federal holidays. Hours of operation are 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday; and 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
