Use hwinfo64, and try to either lower frequency or increase voltage and check what scores you are getting.
Whenever I test my PC on cinebench R20 it freezes. Is there something wrong I am doing? It's not stable. You didn't stress test enough to make sure your CPU overclock was stable. That's it. Use more voltage (or adjust LLC if you're getting vdroop) or lower your clock speed.
