Wrong Answer, Cinebench R23 is a very good program to stress test your CPU overclock, I use 120min multicore stress test inside of Cinebench R23. Prime 95 & OCCT are out of date programs & are not real world use, R23 is similar to hammering your CPU with video editing software/blender.
Use hwinfo64, and try to either lower frequency or increase voltage and check what scores you are getting.
