25 maj 2022 · The Sturdy Vines is a Key Item exclusively found in Chrono Trigger (DS). It can be found in the Lost Sanctum, in the Southern Glade area, in the upper right of the map. It must be brought to the right of the first section of the prehistoric Mount Emerald to build a new ladder, so that the upper area becomes accessible in the Middle Ages.

Then you talk to the guy who wants to make a ladder, and says you need a sturdy vine. You go and find the vine, and go to the man, he doesn't make the ladder for you... So you go to the past...

Return to the village and speak to the reptite in the lower right corner, who will mention sturdy vines which will help your repairs. Head to the southern forest, and a sparkle in the top right part of the area will be the Sturdy Vines that you need.
