I have tried: Turning no protection on in Google Chrome, turning off all of my antivirus software, enabling downloads in windows internet security settings, turning the value to "1" in REGEDIT, and nothing has worked. any help is appreciated, thank you.
So I’ve tried everything so far such as using the Regedit function to turn off the antivirus scanning, and switched off the windows defender scanning but I still keep getting the same virus scan failed issue. I have already restarted my computer.
