30 kwi 2021 · At first Chrome back/forward gestures stopped working after upgrading to MacOS Big Sur. I went into trackpad settings, unselected and reselected "Swipe between pages". It still didn't work. Then I changed it from 3 fingers to 2 fingers.

How do I change the setting to use left-to-right 2 finger gesture to go backwards? I tried searching the settings for 'gesture' and 'touchpad' ( chrome://settings/?search=touchpad ) but it didn't find anything.
My last machine was a chromebook, which had a great feature where I could move between tabs in chrome by swiping right/left on the trackpad. Recently switched to a MacBook. I got so used to that feature and now find manually clicking on different tabs or using keyboard shortcuts to be slow and clunky. Does a feature like this exist in Mac?
