6 wrz 2023 · I am trying to get a web application to work in full screen on ipad. Can I get the same in Chrome? I saw the solution in one of the old threads that swiping from bottom on webpage will get rid of the task bar.
26 cze 2014 · You could try clearing Chrome in Settings>Privacy. I would clear the data cache at the very least. Close Chrome completely and maybe even try force restarting the iPad and see if that fixes it. It might not help, but it will not hurt anything. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.

15 paź 2018 · Safari and Chrome web browsers for iPad have no native control to take browser full screen. While scrolling through the webpage, however, the browser controls and address bar area shrinks to provide a bit more space for content.
1 paź 2018 · Type in shell:startup and press OK, an explorer window will open up; Copy and paste the Chrome icon from your desktop to this window; Restart your device and Chrome should automatically launch (after 10 seconds or so) AND display full screen. Hope this helps someone who suffered the same frustration and hours of wasted time as me!
11 paź 2011 · The fix is VERY simple. When Chrome opens in half screen or whatever, put the cursor at the very top right edge of the window. A double headed, diagonal arrow will appear. Drag it all the way to the right. Do the same with the left side. Close Chrome and reopen it. It will open full screen every time from that point forward.
