11 paź 2011 · The fix is VERY simple. When Chrome opens in half screen or whatever, put the cursor at the very top right edge of the window. A double headed, diagonal arrow will appear. Drag it all the way to the right. Do the same with the left side. Close Chrome and reopen it. It will open full screen every time from that point forward.

30 gru 2019 · When I opened chrome on the problematic mac, I found that the shortcut for Enter full screen under the View tab is fn+F. And I happen to have another Mac on hand, while the same Enter full screen shortcut is Ctrl + Cmd + F .
23 cze 2013 · Shift-CMD-F is for presentation mode and will hide the tabs. You want full screen mode instead, so use Control-CMD-F. Tabs will show in full screen mode. This does not appear to work in the latest versions of Chrome or OS X, except in conjunction with the other answer.
7 sty 2022 · Hello, When using Google Chrome on my MacbookPro and also MacBook Air device too, I cannot view the top Side bar of Chrome when using the browser in full screen mode. I only display the Side bar when I slide the mouse up to the top. You can see the two screenshoots in below for this two situations.
Using Chrome in full screen mode on the Mac - when you three finger swipe between screens, for some reason it often makes the chrome extend down and you have to swipe up and back down to make it reset itself - why hasn't this issue been fixed.
